Sealed Proposals for furnishing all labor, material and equipment required for Construction of the
AACS/GRITS Storage Facility will be received at GRITS Transportation, 222 St. Elizabeth Street, Owensboro, Kentucky 42301.

The bids will be received until no later than Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 3:00 PM local time. Bids will be opened publicly.

A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Thursday, January 14, 2021at 10:00 AM, local time at the project site, 2006 West 2nd Street, Owensboro, Kentucky 42301.

Bidding documents may be reviewed online at www.haferowensboroplanroom.com and purchased from MACO-Evansville Blue, 600 Court Street, Evansville, Indiana (812.424.2484) upon request. All purchased documents will be printed on an individual basis and orders will be filled within twenty-four hours of receipt of written request. Sets of Contract Documents can be obtained by depositing a check in the amount of $100 per set made payable to Hafer, PSC. Full amount of deposit will be refunded to each general contractor upon return of the Contract Documents in good condition within ten days after receipt of bids. MACO-Evansville Blue. will be the sole judge as to the acceptability of the returned documents.
