Project Description: Project consists of A new Fire Station for the Dukes Fire Department. Work includes a concrete foundation with a pre-engineered metal building structural system, PEMB exterior metal wall system, PEMB standing seam metal roof system, metal stud walls with gypsum board, concrete storm shelter, doors, finishes, HVAC system, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.

Owner will receive sealed bids until the bid time and date at the location indicated below. Owner will consider bids prepared in compliance with the Instructions to Bidders issued by Owner, and delivered as follows:
1. Bid Date: August 31, 2023.
2. Bid Time: 2:00 p.m., local time.
3. Location: Judge Executive’s Office, Hancock County Administration Building, 3rd Floor, 225 Main Cross Street, Hawesville, KY 42348

A pre-bid conference for all bidders will be held at Hancock County Administration Building, Fiscal Court Room, 3rd Floor, 225 Main Cross Street, Hawesville, KY 42348 on August 24, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., local time. Prospective bidders are requested to attend.

A $50.00, non-refundable purchase price will be charged for each set of plans and specifications. Companies submitting a bid must have purchased a set of plans and specifications.
